Partnership with ONOSYS Helps Supercharge New Customer Acquisition for Restaurants

Customer Acquisition levelup digital ordering engagement restaurant loyalty CRM

We are always looking for ways to make restaurants’ digital experiences better, faster and stronger. Our latest move toward achieving that goal is partnering with major digital ordering platform ONOSYS, who have processed over one billion dollars in total sales since their inception.

Partnership Benefits

This new alliance will allow for a more streamlined mobile ordering process for both restaurants and consumers. ONOSYS now lists their 1,750+ restaurant partners – including leading brands like Outback Steakhouse, Boston Pizza and Round Table Pizza – on LevelUp’s exclusive distribution apps including Chase Pay and LevelUp. That means more options for hungry consumers, and more customer acquisition channels to drive incremental orders to ONOSYS partner restaurants at no additional cost.

Our nearly 1 million monthly active users expect an easy and quick experience when interacting with their favorite restaurants, and now they are able to pay and earn rewards at ONOSYS restaurants easily and efficiently.

How does it work?

When a mobile order is placed through the LevelUp network, the ONOSYS digital ordering platform processes and coordinates the order with the appropriate restaurant location. This creates a  frictionless experience for consumers and provides deeper insights into buying behaviors for merchants.

We’re always looking to the future

“This partnership underscores Onosys’ commitment to the success of our restaurant partners by effectively extending brand availability to millions of potential new customers who can now order directly,” said Dave DiPasquale, Chief Revenue Officer for Onosys. “At the same time, LevelUp and its partner network benefit by offering consumers more choices and increased engagement.”

For companies like ONOSYS, the benefits of partnering with LevelUp continue to grow as we create more strategic alliances in the coming months. For more exciting information on partnerships like these, and other important news about our company, be sure to subscribe to the blog.
