What’s Hot This Week – Enhanced MonkeyMedia Partnership, Engaging Millennials & Trends
Though it doesn’t truly feel like spring in New England, things are certainly heating up in the restaurant industry. Spring is the perfect time to freshen up your knowledge, and to get you into the swing of things we’re sharing information that’s keeping our team talking:
LevelUp’s Enhanced Partnership with MonkeyMedia
While we’ve been collaborating with MonkeyMedia for a while now, we’ve recently made our partnership even stronger. Now, brands that operate on MONKEYTM can offer mobile ordering for takeout, delivery, and catering to their guests through LevelUp Broadcast. The integration will provide MonkeyMedia Software’s network of more than 8,000 restaurants with access to an ever-increasing population of mobile users. These customers order ahead for takeout, delivery, and catering on popular mobile channels like Yelp, Chase Pay, and others. Early adopters like Fazoli’s, Boar’s Head Cafe, La Boulanger and Mama Fu’s have already hopped on. Want to learn more? Click here.

Get Your Restaurant Ready for the Tech Revolution
Panelists from Papa John’s, KFC and Long John Silver’s recently sat down to discuss franchised restaurants and the tech revolution. According to the panel, technology is disrupting the restaurant industry in 3 key ways: management; diner convenience; and diner experience. But those changes aren’t without their pitfalls. As Chris Caldwell, CIO at KFC puts it “There are a lot of brands that are just putting up an app or some technology, but they aren’t prepared from an operations perspective.” We couldn’t agree more that this is an essential part of making sure your restaurant thrives.
