Introducing Golden Krust
Golden Krust, the largest Caribbean fast-casual brand in the U.S. with 100+ locations, has launched a branded app, web ordering, and loyalty program to offer rewards to their valued diners.
Since their launch in 1989, Golden Krust seeks to share family-made Caribbean recipes with the world. The brand partnered with LevelUp, Grubhub’s development shop, to create a custom app and web ordering experience that showcases bold colors and hand-drawn elements to reflect their signature branding. LevelUp’s agency strategy team worked with the brand to create the most optimal rewards construct for their loyalty program. Through Golden Krust’s spend-based loyalty program, diners will unlock $5 for every $50 spent and special rewards on their birthday. New guests to the program will also receive a $1 reward for signing up.
Golden Krust is excited to extend additional campaigns to diners down the line and reward them for their continued in-app purchases.
