LevelUp Expands its Partnership with MonkeyMedia
In a move that will streamline customers’ mobile ordering experience and integrate payments, LevelUp is excited to announce that we recently expanded our partnership with MonkeyMedia.
As part of the expansion, LevelUp and MonkeyMedia co-developed a seamless interface which connects LevelUp’s mobile loyalty and payment solution and MONKEY™, MonkeyMedia’s cloud-based software platform that supports takeout, delivery and catering.
How will it work?
LevelUp clients can now connect their mobile loyalty and payment account to their MONKEY™ ordering platform account. Customers can then seamlessly order takeout, delivery or catering from their LevelUp-powered app. Orders are sent to the MONKEY platform via the MONKEY API and are routed to the appropriate store for distribution to the customer. LevelUp maintains menu item and pricing accuracy by location by receiving and refreshing the appropriate information through the MONKEY API.
The partnership gives restaurant customers a singular account instead of separate ones for payment and ordering.
Both parties are thrilled about the new partnership.

Who is using this new experience?
The new integrated experience was first put to use in la Madeleine’s app, la Madeleine Bonne Rewards. When customers download and order through la Madeleine Bonne Rewards, their loyalty and mobile pay account becomes tied to the MONKEY ordering platform.
